Getting the dental care in Europe, or just about anywhere in the developed world, can be excruciatingly expensive. At Premium Dental Turkey, we strive to keep costs as low as possible. Our location in Turkey allows us to keep operational costs much more affordable compared to other parts of Europe. We also have an in-clinic lab that can prevent the inflated prices of outside labs being included in patients’ bills. In addition, we also offer some services completely free of charge. The following services are offered at no cost, meaning there will be no “included” charge in the final bill. Here are the free services Premium Dental Turkey offers all clients:
Free Consultation
The initial consultation with a dentist will be completely free of charge. Many clients come to us after consulting dentists in their native countries. However, before we commence treatment, our dentists will have to examine you. The dentist will refer to the opinion of the dentist in your native country but it’s important to take our own assessment as well. This initial consultation upon arrival will not be charged to your bill.
You will be examined by a highly-qualified dental specialist at our clinic. Each dentist is accredited by the Turkish Dental Association. Unlike general dentists, dental specialists are qualified to perform certain dental procedures. Therefore, you can benefit more by consulting with a dental specialist, who will be able to give you detailed information regarding surgical procedures such as bone grafting, implant placing, and sinus lifting. Our dental specialists are experienced in both oral surgery as well as cosmetic dentistry. If you have questions about procedures like smile restoration, the dentists will be ready to offer you answers.
The consulting dentist will speak to you in fluent English and will explain complex medical procedures in simple terms. If you have a dental phobia regarding the procedures, you can discuss it with the doctors as well. Our dentists are trained in dealing with patients who are afraid of clinical settings. You can ask the dentist about new and upcoming dental procedures that may suit your condition. The dental specialists are highly knowledgeable in their respective fields and keep on top of the latest developments. If a new procedure can do you more good than an older one, our dental specialists will not hesitate to recommend it. As mentioned before, this initial consultation is completely free of charge.
Free Panoramic X-Ray
Panoramic x-rays are better known simply as dental x-rays. These types of x-rays are used in initial dental consultations when a physical examination is not adequate. In countries like the US, obtaining a panoramic x-ray can be very costly. At Premium Dental Clinic, we offer panoramic x-ray services free of charge. These types of x-rays require no special preparation and do not typically cause side-effects or leave radiation residue in the patient’s body. Panoramic x-rays are commonly required but are not always necessary for examinations. In some cases, however, the dentist will require one. These x-rays offer dentists a detailed view of the bones and teeth in your mouth. It is necessary when planning treatments for procedures like dental implants, back teeth extractions, root canal treatments and dentures. It’s very easy to prepare for and undergo a panoramic x-ray session. The x-ray machine is not placed inside your mouth, as is the case with intraoral x-rays, but rather placed outside. So the patient is always comfortable. It only takes a minute or two to take the x-ray. It will be used to determine the structure of your mouth to better plan your treatment. In addition, panoramic x-rays are beneficial for spotting jaw tumors, cancers, cysts, structural disorders or advanced stages of gum disease that might otherwise be missed in a regular oral examination. Panoramic x-rays are beneficial, and at Premium Dental Clinic it will cost you exactly zero Pounds.
FREE 3D Tomography
Panoramic dental x-rays provide a detailed but curved picture of the bone and teeth in your mouth. This curvature can make it difficult for dentists to take measurements for certain dental procedures. Also, the view is two dimensional and thus fundamentally limited. 3D tomography is a new, state-of-the-art technology that allows dentists to create a three-dimensional digital image of the inside of your mouth. The details this tech offers dentists is much more advanced compared to x-rays and CT scans. Not all dental procedures require this technology, but some do. Procedures, like placing dental implants and designing crowns, can be done more accurately with a 3D image. In most countries, obtaining a 3D image of your mouth would cost patients a pretty penny. At Premium Dental Clinic, it will not cost you anything. If your dental procedure can be better performed with a 3D tomography image, the dental specialist will recommend it. The imagining scan can be performed inside the clinic free of charge. Unlike with x-rays, these images allow dentists to see through the soft tissue of your jaw. These scans are immensely useful for cosmetic dental restoration that requires high degrees of certainty.
